The personal guidance is tailored to your topics and your timeframe. It might take you to Iceland, Morocco, or Namibia — away from responsibility, appointments, and familiar routines, deliberately outside conventional patterns.
Our clients organize their trips themselves, traveling for example by their own or a rented vehicle. We accompany the conversations and the time spent together along the way.
We deliberately accompany longer joint trips in only one or two cases per year — because quality matters more than quantity. Beyond that, we are also available for personal conversations in Germany.

What matters to know
We are not a travel operator. You organize your own trip. We accompany you personally and share our experience.
All bookings (flights, accommodation, vehicle, etc.) are made directly and independently by you with the providers. This keeps full control in your hands — and lets us focus on what matters: personal conversations and new perspectives.
The trip itself is not the focus, but the conscious shaping of what comes after.

Our Experience
The transition to a new phase of life often begins long before the actual exit, frequently with questions of succession, business transfer or a possible sale.
For this phase, we bring not only our own entrepreneurial experience, but also an experienced network for topics such as M&A, succession and strategic transitions.
However, leaving the workforce not only changes companies and responsibilities, but often also one's perspective on one's own life.
Our experiences in entrepreneurship, university teaching and international project work in Europe, the USA, Africa, Asia and Latin America continue to shape our view of responsibility, freedom and the question of how to consciously and fulfillingly shape the time after decades full of responsibility.
